Zululand & the Elephant Coast

iSimangaliso Wetland Park

South Africa’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site (the former Greater St Lucia Wetland Park) links eight ecosystems across lakes, wetlands and a marine reserve. Elephant, rhino, hippo and crocodile share the map with humpback whales, nesting turtles and 500+ birds.

Tembe Elephant Park

A community-owned park on the Mozambique border famous for its enormous “big tusker” elephants. Remote sand-forest wilderness with Big Five, the rare suni antelope and excellent birding.

Manyoni Private Game Reserve
