Hatari Lodge
Hatari Lodge is more than a place to stay; it is part of a living landscape at the foot of Mount Meru, where forest, open grassland and wildlife meet. Its regenerative approach runs through everything it does — from protecting the natural habitat and wildlife corridors around the lodge to growing food locally through Wondergarden and supporting the communities who share this land. The animals are never fed or called in; they are simply given the space to remain wild, and they choose to return.

Hamerkop House by Lemala
A private luxury villa on the way from Arusha town to Arusha National Park, set among gardens near Usa River with Mount Meru on the horizon. Five ensuite rooms, a pool and design-led interiors from the Lemala group — a relaxed stop before or after exploring the park’s forests, Momella Lakes and canoe trails.

Arusha Coffee Lodge
An Elewana Collection lodge set on a working coffee plantation at the foot of Mount Meru, just outside Arusha — the classic first or last stop for travelers flying in or out of northern Tanzania’s parks. Colonial-style suites, a pool-side bar and restaurant, and (on a clear day) views toward Kilimanjaro make it a relaxed bookend to a Serengeti or Ngorongoro safari.
